Drop kerbs

Do you need a drop kerb?

If you regularly drive over a public pavement to access your property or driveway, you are legally required to have a drop kerb in place. Without it, you could be breaking the law every time your vehicle mounts the kerb.

As part of the process, you may also need to apply for permission from your local council. We’re familiar with the application requirements in each area we cover and can help guide you through the necessary steps.
